Amazon site experiment making money

Hi Guys

I'm primarily into offline marketing and have learnt a lot from this forum. Have been a reader since early 2009

Started with autoblogs in 2010 - Made $100 odd. Post Google update, moved to offline services which is where I've been making a living since years

Services is real good money but a lot of work / man management and client shit taking.

Passive income always fascinated me but never really had time to work on any of the methods

Finally, I set up 3 affiliate websites (with original content) between 15th Sep and Sep 30th

Did some SEO work and the results have started coming. Already made $158 with 75% of revenue coming from site 1 and and remaining from site 2 - Site 3 is not ranking as of now



I've decided to take this more seriously and try and have atleast 20 such websites running by end of 2016

I'd like to thank all of you in here. I wouldn't have achieved success offline if not for BHW

Will probably start a journey thread soon early next year

That's the commission I got from Amazon

These sites are 100% made by yourself ? or you paid some service that build them up ?
Could we see a preview of these sites ? Or maybe... by pm ?

Congratulations OP, i have been making money with amazon for years and I can tell you it is one of the passive income for me. So long your site backlinks is clean, it will keep earning for years until google think otherwise.

If I where you, i will create more authority websites instead. It is easy to manage and earn more compare to 20 such sites.

I do agree that amazon can make you money but 20 affiliates site wont get you running for long term, OP. You need to build a good authority site because such site actually survive and long lasting than 20 of your affiliates site.

Yes, these are 100% made my me. No paid plugin used. There are numerous amazon stories here. Just go through some detailed journeys. You will get all the info you need. You just need to make sure your niche research and keyword research is done right. I spent first 2 days doing this

Thanks . I have already started working on an authority site. Worked on a silo stricture for the same. My target is to get 100 posts on it by March 2016

Thanks for the advice. Yes, you're right. Am working on 1 authority site. I'd like to have 1 more but will also play around with microsites since they make money quickly if your research is done right but definitely, authority sites are way to go.

Are the niches the same/ similar ?

It's best to have a mix of authority and mini sites, last thing you want is everything tied up in a huge site for it to get hacked, google slapped , server crash or worse and you then lose ranking and income

Yes I'm using genesis framework for my blogs
No - all niches are different though I'm planning to come up with an authority site with one of the niches that is working

Both - I hired some services for web2.0 and directory submissions backlinking and did blog commenting myself

Yes, diversification is the key. Will be working on the same

Quality > Quantity

Instead of making 20 average sites, try to make 3-5 outstanding sites. Just my advice!

Is there any way for me to involve myself in such an enterprise with you?

All I can do.But problem is choosing niche and KW's.That's the point i got stuck around 2-3 weeks now
