Amazon SES - What do you need?

Hi guys!

Been seeing some Amazon SES accounts for sale pop up and I've been looking into it myself as I was curious and I've managed to get an account approved for 50k daily sending limit and I think I can reproduce this.

What sort of things are required when selling an Amazon SES account? Do I need to attach a domain to the account for you or when you as a buyer comes to me, what information do you need on the account outside of the login/cookies?
