Amazon SES Region

If Account base Countries Like Asia/UK Or US etc But SES service are approved in region Like North Virginia , Oregon , Eu Ireland. Is this anything wrong with those? We can't use service in these region if Account country is different and services apporved in different Region Like US ? Does this make account bad ?

You can use any region, it doesn't matter which country account you have, any region you have approved you can use it.
But keep in my mind, The country from which you have created , use same country ip login everytime.
Some regions are good for inbox delivery like, North Virginia, Ireland, Frankfurt.
