Hey can anyone tell me a few options to getting ranked on the first page of a search term on Amazon? Like for a pretty competitive keyword. What strategies have you used and worked for you or didn't work for you?
Myself I just finished with Viral Launch 2 days ago and they got me to the FIRST spot on page 2 (unfortunately...). They told me to extend the launch another 3 days but after creating the launch it still hasn't went live, they said it would be live today but it still isn't live and usually they go live at 10pm EST (5 hrs from now). Also I checked on my listing and I have an irrelevant search term "Amazon Choice" badge. Which leads me to believe they are targeting a different keyword from the keyword I chose? Has anyone else had experience with getting wrong search term Amazon Choice badges with Viral Launch?
(it's not a completely irrelevant search term, the search term is my company/brand name but it definitely isn't the keyword I want to be ranking for...)
Thanks in advance. I couldn't find a different board to post this to so feel free to move it to where ever if any moderators see a better spot for it.
