Amazon Seller Account Unlocking

Has anyone had any experience with amazon seller account reinstating?

I've registered a legit amazon seller account and tried to make a purchase with my credit card and now they are asking for a billing statement to reinstate my account.

I've got a billing statement from payoneer and amazon still doesn't approve it. There aren't any other papers I could send them that shows my credit card number and billing address.

The payoneer statement came in a .pdf. Maybe they need the original paper with all the signatures and stamps.

I have never had to deal with that issue. Have you tried calling customer support? Most of the time with these things, you just need to speak with the right manager and you should be able to get the documents approved. Good luck to you.
