My amazon seller account was suspended over 90 days ago. On the 16th they emailed me saying that they were doing the funds transfer. 5 minutes later i got an email saying my credit card information was invalid and to update it online. I went to seller central and tried to log in but i could not. I emailed them saying that and they sent me a generic message. I then called and the lady on the phone told me she would contact them about the issue and i would hear from them with in 24 hours. They have never responded to that or any other emails. They tried to do a manual check request but it did not go through because i could not log into the account. They said the buyer account was on hold pending further investigation which is why i can not log in. It has been over 2 weeks now and i still cannot get my $3000. I need to get my money. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can do this? I will sue if necessary, I would however prefer to avoid the legal trouble. Do you have any ideas on how I can do this?
