Amazon Seller Account Specilized Software - Brand Checking

Now i know this is possible to do because somebosy else has had this software built. Looking for someone to create the same (or better) software that checks which brands are gated, ungated and apply to sell on an amazon seller central accounts. I have primary or secodnary access to the accounts through a proxy and need something that will not risk Amazons authentications and put the account at risk of suspension.

Can you explain more??
