Amazon seller account related question

Hey there forum members!
Want to put this out there as it frequently crosses my mind, just want to know out of curiously.
I am an Amazon seller successfully selling since 2014, doing very well.

I do large dollar items so my payments from Amazon every two weeks range from $55-75,000 and sometimes even more. Margins are not that great so don't get too excited lol.
Anyhow, my curiously was if I was a fraudulent seller or scammer, and I said "hey this time I'm going to just mark items as shipped so Amazon pays me, I'll get my bank deposit for 75k but not ship items"

Can Amazon come after me as a seller for those funds? If so, how can they? I just wondered this for a while and though I would throw it out there. I know they can send money TO MY BANK, but never saw them or think they have ability to withdraw money from my bank.

Note I would never do this because well it's just wrong and more importantly I wouldn't sacrifice my hard working and earned business and seller account for such a low crime.

Amazon is very well protected against fraudulent sellers. First off, they have the 2 week holding period for your funds. Assuming you can convince all your customers to not open a case you still have to worry about:

1- Amazon contacting your bank to reverse the deposit. Yes, they have the power to do this.
2- Coming after you legally. Since you are selling this much on amazon, you must have your tax id/SSN on file. Therefore, they know who you are, and they will fight you over $55-75,000

I've made a few semi-stealth (not me but using real info) amazon business accounts for restricted categories and they asked for SSN before I sold anything.

For most normal accounts, they will ask for SSN/EIN after 50 sales.

Regarding SSN, they will ask for it once you hit, and I think but not certain, $500 in sales. Got this from an old acquaintance I had who actually sells Amazon accounts, or used to.. not sure.

But I did have a second account, just in case, and they asked for my EIN/SSN immediately, as I requested approval for a restricted category.
