Amazon Sales no Comision

Not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this, tried on the Misc forum but would not let me, in any case a couple of months ago I began promoting some high end products for Amazon Mexico and recently my account shows a few sales but no commission on any of the purchased items, the first couple of purchases were at the beginning of the month, so I just chalked it up as maybe they had not shipped and I would be credited later, then today a couple of more purchases but no commission, has anyone had this experience or is there a grace period with Amazon for the $$ to show up. If not could there be something wrong with my tracking.

Commission will show up when product is shipped. Check your stats to see if shipped. If shipped and no commissions then something is wrong. Contact support.

Check your stats to see if they are shipped. It usually takes 1-7 days to ship an item from Amazon or 3rd party. If you don't get the commision in 2 weeks the buyer probably cancelled the order or the item wasn't in the stock and couldn't get shipped.
