I have been off the IM sector lately. Recently my friend told me that he came in contact with a person who can remove the negative reviews from Amazon and was looking for ideas on how to proceed further and asked for a JV. The reviews are removed in a day or two.
My question is, that from a legal point of view is it safe to get into JV. There is a line between blackhat and illegal. I dont know where this falls.
If this is alright, then what are ways to contact the customers. Email them? call them directly?
