hi everybody

if i want to create an affiliate website with amazon products can i use a name for example amazondeals.com or something like that

is it against the law?

No, Amazon bans for that if you take a look in the TOS section.

AZON is also banned, try making a fashion name instead.

FashionistaRecommends is along the lines of what a name can look like mentioning product offerings.

It's not against the law unless Amazon sues you.

Some examples of forbidden domains are Amazonitems, FreeAmazonMovies & AZONUnited.

Yes, it is against the law, it applies for all the big name companies out there. You can't use there name with any suffix or prefix.

Try to find some profitable easy to rank keywords and then come up with a brandable domain name idea. Use that instead.

Better to avoid Amazon name in your domain. Because it is an offence one.
Choose other name which is more comfortable for you and your site. Don't get risk on it.

  • You can use micro data that is schema tag in your html code.
  • For example in your code you can put the details of amazon.
  • Users search the products then automatically your site display.
  • You don't need to put domain names of the company or any other ways.
  • Try this method it will be legit method and it has good results.
