I can't find a answer anywhere, so I figured I would ask here and see if anyone can help. I got a email on Amazon for invoice for 1 item, the thing is I had the item made myself. It's not a brand name item, replica or knockoff of a item. I don't have invoices as I had it made over a year ago, they want them from the past 180 days. I've only sold around 40 pieces of this item. It's not cheaply made or anything, no complaints or bad reviews, so I don't know why the questioning authenticity, when there nothing to authenticate it against. Has anyone had a issue like this? Any advice on what to do? If I explained to them that I had the item made myself over a year ago, and don't have invoices etc. I don't think this will end well saying that. Maybe I can get someone tht actually looks at the item and can see its a generic item. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
