Amazon question

Hello

I want to fill my tax information in my Amazon Affiliate account, but i don't understand what they are asking me.
I live in Belgium and i clicked on non Us person.
But the second question "Are you acting as an intermediary agent, or other person receiving payment on behalf of another person or as a flow-through entity?"
do i not understand.
Can anyone explain it please to me

An intermediary is any person that acts as a custodian, broker, nominee, or otherwise as an agent for another person, regardless of whether that other person is the beneficial owner of the amount paid, a flow-through entity, or other intermediary. If you are an agent acting as an intermediary, select ‘Yes’.

In most cases you should put "No" there.

strange ! first time heard this. i think, you should consider NO.
