Amazon product review website question

My website's informational articles / review articles ratio is 0/100
Can it affect the whole website, cause my pages stopped ranking
Or google just doesn't care that the website has no informational articles/blog etc..

Can anyone tell from the experience.. or maybe someone has the website with review articles only and still going strong?

You could just make a few reviews informative (Starting up content with some briefs on the product).
 
I don't think Google would care, I can get pages ranked with nothing but the title of a product and a price, and very basic description. So I don't see why Google wouldn't rank a review page.

Yeah but there is nothing else on the website just review articles with outgoing links to amazon.
No "how to" type of articles or guides or news etc.. just reviews...

So google might think: ok, this websites is here to make money, no value..

I don't know..

They shouldn't know the difference really. It's just that you aren't being ranked for "how to" guides keywords. If you want to be ranked for how to keywords, yes you should add different types of articles. Again, websites can be ranked with ANY type of article or content. I have websites with just copy paste 50 words from Amazon that is same as on 1000 other websites and Google will still rank them.
 
People create informational articles in order to cover more keywords and drive that traffic to their money review pages. If you don't have strong links it will be quite difficult to rank for medium+ volume money keywords and such articles may also help as they get backlinks and contain internal links to your money pages.
