Hi I’m interested in some link building for Amazon ranking purposes. I have products on Amazon I’m trying to rank higher on Amazon’s site and I see a competitor using this strategy somehow maybe you have some insight or can replicate it somehow.

here’s an example
https://www.amazon.com/Blast-Gummie...wicXNhIjoiNS4xMSIsInFzcCI6IjUuMDIifQ==&sr=8-8
And if you google
“Keto Blast” there’s a ton of results

Maybe you know how this works and or other ways to increase Amazon ranking

Thanks

I have some FBA businesses myself and I've been wondering if this works too (building backlinks to your Amazon product page in order to increase your ranking on Amazon - not necessarily ranking on Google).

I read somewhere that it does, but I haven't seen too many corroborating sources that it's true.

Are you 100% sure your competitor is doing this with success?

It seems like it, no reviews brand new products and somehow they just go viral. Anyone have any other insight?

Instead of making backlinks for your amazon product, you should reach out to some influencers in your niche.
How affordable is that vis-a-vis getting some cheap links somewhere and using them to outrank the competition?

Where would be a decent place to find an influencer for my niche? Thanks
Search IG, FB, and TikTok for pages in your industry or you can search the pound signs and see what comes up.

Pinterest is also really popular for certain markets (especially ones that are more women-dominant).

I've always heard that it's best to target the small to medium sized influencers rather than the largest pages in your industry. The smaller ones charge a much more reasonable amount, and they also tend to have better relationships with their audience since it hasn't gotten too overwhelming yet; this means when they recommend something, their followers are more likely to purchase it.
