Amazon prices synchronization, a requirement?

I was reading their operating agreement and they are not very clear about whether we need to synchronize our prices display with theirs. Here is a quote from their linking agreement:

Product prices and availability may vary from time to time. Because prices for and availability of Products that you have listed on your site may change, your site may only show prices and availability if: (a) we serve the link in which that price and availability data are displayed

This means if I am using the link which directs to their main prices and availability display then it is acceptable to list an older price that was stated at the time of inserting the particular item on my site or is there some other way to interpret it?

Well, I'm highly interested in this question too. I have an amazone website and content is posted through wp robot plugin.. But the prices on amazon are changing quickly and it is hard to check and change very produc every day - so can amazon ban the account for not synchronizing prices? and if yes is tehre any tool to do it automatically?

Anyone have insight on this? Would a plugin like this one http://www.luckydragonstudio.com/wp-amazon-price/ be fine if it automatically updates the price? I know a site like thisiswhyimbroke.com always displays the prices of the products they mention, and they're an amazon affiliate..

You need to have the prices automatically updated. I've been using that plugin from LuckyDragonStudio for almost two years and it works like a charm.
