Let's assume I'm targeting US market and I'm myself outside the US. How do the payouts for the campaign look? Is it possible to transfer via Paypal/Skrill?

Yes, via paypal is possible.

I use Payoneer personally.

Go with direct deposit and add the Payoneer Global Payment Service in USD, which is a VBA.

Amazon doesn't do payouts via PayPal. It's either direct deposit, cheque or gift card.
