I have a few aff links for amazon products, camera and computer stuff. But I noticed I just made a sale on a windshield wiper. :confused: wtf? How is this possible when I don't have any links to this product?

And how do I get this to happen more!? haha Is there a way to have it so when someone clicks your aff link, you make commission for anything they buy on amazon, or a range of products? thanks

When somebody click on your aff link, everything they buy through that click goes to you. So, someone wanted to check out the price of a camera and he remembered that ne needs a new winshield wiper cause it was a rough winter....

This, but you have to remember that you'll only get a commission on sales bought after clicking through your affiliate link on the same day because of Amazon's really short cookie length. So if someone buys what you were promoting and then the following day purchases something else on Amazon you wont receive the commission for that as well.

Yeah, but if they buy the product you're promoting that day, I think you get 90 days cookie

I know right... I guess what they are thinking is that people use amazon all the time anyway so they don't want you to be profiting off items you had no influence in making them buy.
