    Hi

Have a few legal(ish) questions for any Amazon Pro's.

    1) if I buy a domain name that is a brand name will Amazon allow me to use them as an affiliate on the website.
    2) if I buy a domain name that is a brand name will the owners of that brand take legal action on me.

One of my ideas was for a CD we have in the uk called "Now Thats What I Call Music", as of writing this the domains nowthatswhaticallmusic.org.uk nowthatswhaticallmusic.net and nowthatswhaticallmusic.org are all available.

The keywords "Now Thats What I Call Music" get 18,000 searches per month and the CD is currently number 1 on Amazon's Bestsellers Music List, on top of that you get a CPC of $0.24 with Ad Words.

BTW I fully understand that posting the idea here means that someone else may use it, I'm fair game with that, would rather find out more information before I buy any domains and put in the hours of building content and sites etc.

TM not worth the hassle. I'm always getting into bother with domains, plus you still have to make it rank
