Amazon niche websites layout suggestions/guidlens

Hello everybody, do you have guys any suggestion/guidline/best practice for the layout to use for an Amazon niche website? I'm working around it with many many doubts about the results. May major concerns are about the first page. I had some guides/tutorials about the products in this niche. I have some reviews and comparisons. I'm not able to find a convincing way to distribute this content on the site. Tank you Giova
