Amazon niche site to 500€ / month

About Me:
I'm back with a new journey, some of you know me from this porn method thread, and for those who don't know me, for those who don't know me, here I am:
- 29 years old from France. I've lived in Ireland, USA and Spain during my 20s. I love to travel, will be in Mexico for NYE.
- I'm a SEO consultant, working for a startup in France (9-5 office job), but also a fin-tech startup that will be in the next YC session (I'll be in San Francisco for a month with them).
- I'm passionate about my job, and more broadly about developing project (from the idea to the core development).
- I've tried and failed so many times that I don't count them anymore. But among those failures, a few success that bring home some bacon in addition to my regular job:

I basically stack that money and re-invest it in my projects, failing or succeeding, but I have that chance to have funds to invest in whatever goes through my mind.

The project:
A month ago or so, I decided to develop my own wordpress template, fitting my every needs, adaptable to every niche, and perfectly SEO-oriented.

That done, I took an old site of mine (5 month old) that wasn't nearly ranking for any of the keywords (home niche, a tool in particular), and create a silo structure oriented around some "best product" page:




- In total, 19 000 words on the website, spread over 17 pages.
- Every pages has the perfect set of Hn structure, high quality content (I outsourced).
- There is 3 Amazon links per product in each big page (1 in the comparison table, one on the picture and one at the end of review), and 2 links per product review (picture and end of review).
- I added all the schema markup I could, stars, review and all.
- I wrote my pages so that the summary is auto generated based on my H2, H3, etc
- I optimised my page speed: 91/100 mobile & 94/100 desktop (never had such a high score in all my previous site).
- User experience is 100/100 on both mobile and desktop according to google
- I passed my site in HTTPS 2 days ago.
- Competition is close to non-existant (no amazon, or specific tool oriented website).

So far, here are the metrics:


There are no backlinks pointing to this site as for now.

The plan:
Rank in the top 5 for all of these keywords. For that, i'll create directory links to start, but some social signals, and then push some keywords with my PBN.

Hey guys, just a quick update before I start buildings links. Seems like my theme & content helped a lot:

As you can see my main keyword is already #13 without any backlinks which probably gives much hope for the future.
As for my Amazon stats, I've made my first sales. Nothing interesting in terms of volume, but it's a great start:



Link Building this week:
- As i'm writing that, I'm hacking my way on a first page of a directory (found a glitch), which will be my first link. Naked URL
- I then have 4 domains on 4 different IP, that have been reconstructed fully from archive.org, and are now indexed. I'll publish 4 links (3 to home page, 1 to inner).



What I ressources I have :

• A dedicated server with 30 IPs (Will buy more) & configured under Proxmox:
  • A Windows Server with Scrapebox & 30 private proxies
  • A webhost for my money site & some PBNS
• 3 VPS with up to 16 Ips (for the PBNs)
• SerpBook to track my keyword

As you can see, it will be hard to track my expenses for this project, as a lot of my ressources are shared between my projects.

Breakdown of expenses so far:

• Content for the site: $250
• Money site domain name: $10
• SSL: Free with Letsencrypt.
• PBNs: 4 domains @ $10 each -> $40

I'm new to affiliate marketing. I don't understand the structure given in the opening post. Is there 41 products in the website? or 7 products?

41 would be right. Except some product are in the same page as comparison, and other have their own pages

Which writer did you outsource to? How did you plan your writing content strategy?

I found the writer myself. posted on classified ads mainly and ran interview & tests. I've found 2 or 3 that are awesome and cheap (students).

My writing strategy is simple: What are people looking for? Why are they looking for this? What answer can I provide them.
I then just crated page names, and pages header/sub header/paragraph titles and then asked my writers to take car of the rest.

wow amazing - it gives me boost to develop something like this and earn through amazon. Actually I made 2 websites, but sale is very less i..e 5$/month. Any suggestion other than bancklinks, you can give? should I write more content to rank it well. Site already has 5K+ words though.

As explained in my OP, almost non-existent. I won't give metrics because I didn't check them. I just know what's on page 1 and how i'm supposed to outrank them.

Great way to start thrad with good details.
