The only thing that will make your merch move the serps is quality designs with keywords that describe the actual design which leads to more sales.
Buying reviews is strictly prohibited and Amazon don't fuck around - they instaban, no warning, no nothing. Don't risk your account and don't mess with Amazon because you can't win.

Real example of what can happen right here - me. I tried this thinking some black hat can help me get better results faster.
Well I did get results faster but they weren't better. Few days after I churned some reviews, from different accounts, different texts etc, I got this nice little email:
Yep that was back in February and it sucked, lost all my $ and the account. And nowadays they are making FAQ and policy updates by the day.

Better keep your account and get more sales by uploading more designs than lose it all for being impatient like I did.
