Amazon Merch | a journey to start off...

Hey Guys!

I just got acccepted by amazon merch after about 3 Months...never thought it will get that fast for what i've read in the forum!

I want to start this journey because i really, really need to get stuff going to earn about 2000$/Month extra to my normal job to help my parents out for paying insurance and rent etc (i know thats a lot, but insurance costs are already about 1200/Month..) ... and i thought maybe one piece of the "puzzle" could be amazon merch.

One thing i wanted to ask is how do you promote f.e. a shirt design?
Do you just put it out on merch or are you adding facebook ads/Pinterest/Instagram too?
Is there anything to know about keywording?

My plan is to aim my designs at big events and trends/hypes in 2018...

Design
webdesign
Photography
Film editing

staring today with my research, 0 Designs done yet.
so for this month i got 300 yet for a job i've done yesterday...so 1700 to go...won't be possible this month..

Good luck, i gave up on Merch. Getting out of Tier 10 is a ball-ache these days with everybody and their cats selling T shirts on Amazon.

Good luck man, Ive yet to start mine but from what Ive gathered looking out for trends and designing for them is important. Bitcoin/Trump etc (though saturated now im sure) Especially if you're not looking to spend money advertising. I have insta accounts on bot atm, I think i'll add merch link to one thats relevant and try advertise through there.

you need a brand idea behind you and really deep understandings on promotion of a brand .

then your win easly .

the problam is design , i been into tshirts on a stall since 15 and we pay 400 just for each design to be copywrite to us with our brand .

yeah really quick! very lucky ) I've shown them a proper running website of another project of mine that was for sure a big +

do you mean i should focus on one niche than multiple? and build up a brand around this niche?

400 sounds a lot to me! where are you from? I'm from Germany actually.

i am aware that the designs are essential tho... i'm not the best designer yet but i will improve hopefully..and once i have a clue how to get this running i also could ask some designers i know to do a partnership.

hello mate i am from uk .

the designs must be of your own or csn lead to legal issues .

but i heard there logo and design packs you can buy to put on anythink as long as you paid for them .

i havent looked into it all yet .

^^ brand designing somethink copywrite to you and added to every product you make , example like nike, addidas , ect ect just identifies it your work from you .

then promote it and show yoyr items off hopefully get sales.
