Amazon kindle copyright

Any of you guys know if its possible to publish a book not with my original content.
I will write it, but i.e I want to make book about dating advices, and I just want to take the advices from books (write it in my own words, but still)
Can they sue me or something?
Is it possible to do it with a credit page?

If its re-written in a way that makes it 100% unique i don't see an issue

Lets say a way to get into trance, there are many known ways, and I want to write about few.
Its gonna be odd if i need to ask for premission to write and teach about that.

If you think about it, all new ideas and creations have derived from other ideas. If you completely rewrite it then you don't need a "credit page".
