Amazon Joint Venture...

Early in the JV _Sunny_ contacted me asking if I would sell him keywords and take sites as part of the payment. I told him that I only work for money and he didn't buy from me at that time. I assumed that meant he found someone who would exchange work for sites. I'm bringing this up because of this statement:

I decided to get involved in this JV because I knew nothing about these types of sites. I wanted to learn about them and decide if I wanted to get involved and have some of my own built. The agreement was that I give you 100$ per site and I took on 5 sites from a guy that decided he changed his mind about the JV .

I know nothing about SEO for these types of sites and after this never will, I am not interested in them.

If I wanted to learn the SEO for Magneto stores I would of payed my 97$ to have one built just like everyone else and got a nice store built. I surely would not of agreed to give a site builder any of my profits.

If I wanted to flip sites I would of got in contact with Meathead, as he is an expert in that area.

I only did this JV because it was hands off and I could see what was involved and how much they earn on average.

I already helped you out by taking 5 sites off a unsatisfied customer for you, Just go ahead and refund me the 500$ becuase I do not have time to mess with these sites and never would of got involved if I was expected to.

The 6 months is by the end of next month anyway so you had to expect to make things right since you already knew the sites are not making any money, they will be very hard to sell and they are half the time not even online.

We didnt sign up to this JV to offer any help with SEO promotion of the sites , just as @Briansstocks says.
@bz clearly stated that anyone who wants to get out can give the sites back to you @sunny and you have to refund us so i suggest you to follow these instructions if you dont want to have a bad name as you state above , and trust me its not only the bad name you will have in the end , that the less you have to worry about.

http://bestwaterproofcamera.us/ is using the amazon tracking id bestwaterproofcamera02-20. This tracking id doesn't belong to the dabeast, who owns this site. This is one of the few sites still running. How is it a developer mistake when the tracking id matches the domain? Is there someone else participating in this jv with an identical emd on a differing tld? Something obviously isn't right here.

That's your offer, that you made to prospective investors. Now instead of doing nothing, you're asking them to participate in getting the sites ranked. Oh wait, most of these people don't even have sites, at the moment, to rank.

You've either fucked up, or fucked over your partners. These sites won't sell, most of them aren't even online, and now you want everyone to pitch in to get their money back. You solicited their money, they gave you money based on your offer, and you've not delivered what was promised. Not only that, there are many other issues within this JV. Now you can't afford to refund the investors, and are asking them to get involved in the work. So this isn't even a JV at this point, you aren't bringing anything to the table beyond a headache. You have until tomorrow to make everyone happy. Refund, repayment plans, handjobs; I don't care what it is. If they aren't happy and telling me everything is fine, you're done here.

I remember this JV proposal, I even added Sunny on skype and spoke a few words with him. After the few words I blocked him on skype because I could tell this JV is shit from a mile away with the amount of people he was taking on board. This is disgraceful to see you are responsible for the sites being up and ranking as per the agreement and you also promise a full refund if it fails, 4 months or 6 months it does not make a difference you screwed up big time if only you didn't get greedy and kept it small I am sure things would be different.

I just hope either by some miracle the sites start making good money which I doubt just from reading the concept or you manage to refund everyone who requests it.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else. No traffic at all to the site, no clicks and no sales. I have absolutely no reason that Sunny will be able to fix the sites and begin to make money with them. I would like a refund considering you did not follow thorugh with what you promised in the jv

I am just an investor, nothing more. I have like 100 things to do everyday. How am I responsible whether the tracking ID/affiliate links are setup correctly or not? My job was to just give u tracking id and other details initially when JV started, thats it. Now whether the sites are up or down, whether the tracking ID is set up correctly or not on the site, whether your developer made a mistake, who is supposed to take care of all this? If you cant take care of such a small thing, why the fuck did you take my money? I am not willing to agree for anything less than a refund.

I 100% agree with those statements.

In that case Mr. BZ you are most welcome to use the banhammer for me. This should not taken for granted that I don't want to resolve this, instead its that you are just dictating the terms that are not practically possible for me. I told that I will make 3 guys work full time on the sites and the members will keep 100% income but you think yourself to be genious, fuckin let it be. I will constantly be in touch with all members on skype but I don't want this asshole bz dictating any fucking terms now. The handjobs you talked about might have worked well for you but I have some dignity, which does not permit me to perform those,as you did probably.
Again, for all the jv membersn who are ready to help in promotion, and just give good working ideas, I will have my staff working on the sites and the members will keep 100% on the income that is generated from the sites. Those looking for immediately getting rid of this jv can just send me their godaddy account number and email address and I'd push them the domains and can even get the files transferred on your server. That's the best and max I can do.
I thank BHW for all what it has given me. It has been a great stay here and ofcourse I have found many good friends with whom I will continue to be in touch.

You should show some transparency of all the income / payments you got from JV members and where the money has been transferred and allocated, I find it hard to believe that you spent it all on creating the shit quality sites and piss poor SEO.

And when the idea failed he basically says I won't refund you but you can have the 7.99 domain back. if this guy is really "milking amazon" than he should have the funds to rightfully refund and take responsibility for his failed jv idea.

I saw this coming. I did a paypal chargeback but lost due to "intangible item". In the end the universe will give him what he deserves which is suffering for the rest of his life. That is what we want for him, right? When this many people desire something that badly it usually happens.

Do a credit card chargeback if you paid with cc using paypal , they most likely will grant it in your favor.Also i will see if im still eligible for cc chargeback since over 4 months passed.I would advice everybody who was in this scam to get together on a skype group if you want to and we could all together ring the bell to paypal , that would be a red flag to paypal that this person is a scammer and we still have a chance to get our money back.

Also from the domains whois registration we have his personal details , maybe we should report each one of us for criminal-electronic fraud.Furthermore i think mods dont allow posting personal details here but i think it would be positive if we could post his name etc here with the words scam so that everyone would see that and not fall for his scamming activities in the future , lets see what mods say about this.

Moral lesson , never ever trust anyone no matter how much reputation they have.I didnt ask him too many questions from the begging as i trusted him so i though he knew how to handle amazon sites and bring in the sales , and it turned out that he is complete noob has no clue of amazon sites and offers us some crappy domains in exchange for 100$ each.He turned out to be a son of bitch dirty scammer.Well lesson learned , cost me 200$ , although i might still get it back with cc chargeback.

He deserved that ban , his attitude showed he didnt care about it since he got all that money.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get my money back?

Would a cc charge back work? Never had to do one, so I'm not sure.
