Update: After 8 days of payment, buybestfoam figured out this JV is not for him. He has serious concerns that a .us EMD can rank for an ultra low competition in USA and is asking for a refund. Other issues(directly copied from skype chat, probably its someone who is (mis)-guiding him:

1. you are trusting he does proper Seo and Adds Content: He knew this before he sent the payment.
2. he controls the files: Written clearly in the OP.
3. the split is 50-50 when in fact you are liable for paying tax on 100% of earnings
so the split should be more 35/65: Doing all the efforts, I can't pick my plate and put in front of someone else. If you are not comfortable with the sharing model, please close this tab.

I am opening 12 more spots for now. The money will directly be sent to "buybestfoam"'s paypal account. I don't want any more time wasters as I have wasted ample time on one person and I don't want more time wasted as this affects other JV partners. I'd prefer only one or max 2 people to take these 12 sites. Again requesting, please do not waste my time. Only serious enquiries please.

P.S.: I have updated BigBuddy about the situation and I'd request "buybestfoam" not to file any dispute for the paypal transaction.

I don't thing blasting my name on your thread is the right way to handle this. I'm not going to get in a mudslinging match here I told my feelings when you sprung the .us on me.

And did you also tell BigBuddy that if he needs to contact me he can and that you promised to send my money back to my PayPal account first thing in the morning because you had to put the money in your PayPal account from your card today and I told you I would hold off on the dispute until then because I believe you are a man of your word.

Sorry it didn't work out for us this time.

Okay I will just update this thread with the progress so far. Things have been going pretty smoothly till now. Sunny is quite responsive and is always there to answer my doubts or concerns. I have received the EMD keywords. Keywords have a decent search volume and my sites will be ready by next week. I don't really have a problem with .us domains as I have seen websites ranking with .us TLDs so I don't think its that much of an issue considering the keywords have low SERP competition.
Sunny knows what he is doing and I am sure this JV will be a success.

I second this. Sunny is a 'stand up guy'. This being my first JV, I really hope everything goes well. But having Sunny as my JV partner, I know it will.

I just noticed this line Sunny wrote.

But as of today I will not receive anyone Else's payment other that the guy I paid Sunny. Any others will be refunded.
 
My Paypal account does not have a refund option, if you want your money back - this is your only way. In any case, I don't owe you anything, yet I am offering to refund you - this is a JV not a BST. Joining is a commitment, not that you can leave when you want.

Tomorrow has come and gone as its now the 6th and as I told you all I want is my money back from you like you said in skype I don't want payment from everyone else. Because if I take a payment from someone else I responsible for my PayPal account and what happens if one of them disputes against me for something out of my control. Relax dude. There is nothing to dispute with you or your paypal if things don't go as planned.I bought 5 sites from you that you no longer wanted. Now the JV is between me and Sunny as far as money is concerned. I am fully aware that this could lose money in the end but you have to take risks in investments to make gains.

I know the plan, I know the risk, and am comfortable giving it a shot. I wouldn't of put up money if I wasn't sure about trying this and seeing what happened. There is no refund offered in the OP so I am commited and you are not resposible. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose just how investing works, but it is kind of hard not to be able to make a few hundred off a site in 6 months to a year.

shoot me a sample of what kind of site to expect , seems interesting. Do you have your on seo team or are you going to use bhw services?
