Hey,

I've been noticing that most items on my Amazon affiliate website are 'Currently unavailable'. Most of my competitors are the same, about 80-90% of items are like this, and most remaining are '1 or 2 left'.

I'm quite new to their affiliate program, but are they unavailable forever? Without having to create whole new reviews/buyer guides, what's the best way around this?

What do you do if most your items are unavailable?

Cheers

Hey
No one can be sure about the possibility of the items coming back to stock or not. Also, No one can be sure about the time duration of in-stock availability. But you can get an idea around it if you use a chrome extension called 'keepa'. It stores history of each ASIN which gives us an idea about the product stock history. It tells us the days when the product was in stock and when it was out of stock. It generates a graph of the product stock history and from there you can judge if the product is gonna be in stock again or not.
Cheers!

Doesn't really matter I think, as they still got your cookie and whatever alternative they'll buy you'll receive commission on the whole cart.

Thanks for your replies. Yeah the cookie is a good point, hopefully they will come back soon though.
