Amazon issue

Hi,
I made a website affiliated with Amazon. As we know, Amazon will review the website after the first sale. This is my 3rd time in 1 week, that Amazon is sending me this mail telling me that my website is not online. My website is working fine, I have tried from smartphone iOS and Android, I have tried from chrome, Firefox and IE, I have tried from different locations, my site is up and running fine. I checked my htaccess file and no issue so I don't understand why Amazon is sending me this :

Anyone is getting the same mail by Amazon ? Is there a way to contact them ?

I've used their customer support e-mail to get in contact with them for a few Amazon associate questions I had.

So I'm sure you can bring up the issue through their customer support contact page. They'll likely dish you off to the correct department which can handle your request.

Sounds like it's their automated system that is having trouble by the look of the e-mail there.

This is really weird. I sent them a mail asking what's going on. Hope to get a reply fast.

It could be that your load time on your site is not fast enough . If you do a live chat you could probably resolve the problem in a few minutes

I made a live chat with them. They told me that they don't understand why they sent me this. Both websites are online on their side. She will ask for another review of my website and let me know. She is not promising anything but let's see how it goes.
Damn, this is crazy. Neither them or me are understanding why they sent me this. Crazy shit.

Does this mean that i'm approved or just that they will review it again ? I'm confused.

I don't know when I was approved the first sentance of the mail was "Congratulations, your application to the Amazon.com Associates Program has been approved."

Could be a phishing scam? My advice is to call them ASAP or update the website on file.

Nope, It's not a phishing scam as you can see on my previous replies.
Still don't know if they approved me or not.
Anyone ever got this issue ?

I think you've already been approved.
