    Hi,
I made a website affiliated with Amazon. As we know, Amazon will review the website after the first sale. This is my 3rd time in 1 week, that Amazon is sending me this mail telling me that my website is not online. My website is working fine, I have tried from smartphone iOS and Android, I have tried from chrome, Firefox and IE, I have tried from different locations, my site is up and running fine. I checked my htaccess file and no issue so I don't understand why Amazon is sending me this :

    Hello, *

Upon review, we are unable to accept yo*ur application because we were not able *to view your site. This is due to one or* more of the following reasons.

    - Your website was unavailable to be vi*ewed by the public or requires a passwor*d
    - The server response was too long and *the browser timed out
    - The URL provided was invalid *
    - The site was either under constructio*n or not yet published

When reviewing an application, we need *to have a valid URL for your web site so* that we can view it to be sure it fits *in with our program. Unfortunately, we a*re not able to review an application onc*e it has been rejected. Once your site h*as been developed further to be visible,* and contain beneficial content, you are* welcome to submit a new application at *the following URL:

    https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/*associates/join *

We look forward to receiving your next *application.

I've used their customer support e-mail to get in contact with them for a few Amazon associate questions I had.

So I'm sure you can bring up the issue through their customer support contact page. They'll likely dish you off to the correct department which can handle your request.

Sounds like it's their automated system that is having trouble by the look of the e-mail there.

This is really weird. I sent them a mail asking what's going on. Hope to get a reply fast.

It could be that your load time on your site is not fast enough . If you do a live chat you could probably resolve the problem in a few minutes

I made a live chat with them. They told me that they don't understand why they sent me this. Both websites are online on their side. She will ask for another review of my website and let me know. She is not promising anything but let's see how it goes.
Damn, this is crazy. Neither them or me are understanding why they sent me this. Crazy shit.

I just received this by mail :
    Hi ,

We have voted for your application with store ID: mystoreid to be approved.

Congratulations! We are pleased to have you as an Associate of Amazon.

I wish you the best of luck in your endeavor.

Does this mean that i'm approved or just that they will review it again ? I'm confused.

Could be a phishing scam? My advice is to call them ASAP or update the website on file.

Nope, It's not a phishing scam as you can see on my previous replies.
Still don't know if they approved me or not.
Anyone ever got this issue ?

I think you've already been approved.
