Amazon is having a meltdown

So I'm not sure if anyone has tried Amazon lately, but in the UK and US at least, it's being a right pain in the neck trying to purchase anything from it.
A quick look online and it's a problem with the AWS servers so not a big surprise that it's impacting their sites.

What I am curious though is how much of a knock on effect it'll have on their sales today. I've noticed that around this time of night, I normally get a fair amount of orders coming up on the commission run down, and there's only been one order placed (which is also in the wrong category ffs). After clicking through to Amazon, it just says that an error has occurred, and it's not showing any information about the product, bar the photo and the reviews at the bottom.

So yeah, a bit of a kicker for anyone making money from Amazon, I do hope it'll end up resolving itself soon so I can get back to getting some dough.

Well even my work internet, and home internet went out/kicked everyone off for about 30-45s, not too long ago. Probably the same time you noticed Amazon down. So I assume something big is happening. Conspiracy theorist in me thinks there's some internet shutdown or big govt thing happening. There's no coincidence that all these issues could happen at once. Brace for impact, y'all heard it here first!

no wonder I didn’t hit million sales target today!!! but till I can access the lounge I’m okay I guess

I also always expected this to backfire for them. It´s a bit surprising it hasn´t before, to be honest.

I know what you mean. Even turning off Alexa took several attempts.
