Amazon + Instagram stories question (GEO)

Hi,

I always see people promoting Amazon products on Instagram stories. But what I don't understand is how they do it. I have a pretty large following now and I would love to start doing this. I have a few questions.

1. Can you direct link when you use post it in stories and use the swipe up function?
2. Can you direct link in ads? (or a landingpage for each product individually?)

3. My followers are from all over the world. But Amazon is US! They can ship worldwide but that costs so much that people just find the product somewhere else, how do they do this when they post in stories? Because nobody from Italy is going to order from Amazom.com if the shipping is 15$

Or are there other affiliate programs you recommend?

How about directing them to a landing page having onelink script in it?
I guess it's the best way possible.

how about using lintree? I wonder if that would work?

1.yes you can direct link in swipe up on stories once you got 10k followers
2.yes literally everyone does direct linking in ads

3.My guess is they dont give a fuck and just use the us link.But its really not that hard to use a linkrotator based on geos but it would bremanual work to edit the geo based links.
Maybe there is also a easy solution which you could research as I am not working with amazon.

Linktree is a website that works as a prelanding page and offers you a very easy solution to have multiple links on that page for different products or sites.
