Amazon "incentive" affiliate?

So i am just wondering whether is this prohibited or not;
Can i offer affiliate links for amazon on my site, and give rewards($) to users if they buy the Amazon items through the referral link.

Example: Someone wants to buy a laptop for 1000$, but they buy it through my site through referral link, i get 5% commission and i give the buyer half(2.5%) in form of redeemeable vouchers or something like this.

Does anyone know if this is prohibited?

I think not that is against the rules.I saw on guy on Youtube promoting his kindle book this way ,he gave a prize like a Amazon gift gard if you gave proof of purchase in order to increase his rankings on Amazon.

Oh so yeah it's obviously banned.

What about aliexpress for example and similar sites, does anyone know if they allow this?
