Amazon images

Apologies in advance if this is the wrong section, I couldn't find one i thought would be appropriate.

I'm not sure whether I'm allowed to use amazons product images in my affiliate site, or whether I have to get the images from the manufacturer , or whether I use amazon API some how?

Can someone clarify this? thankyou

You are allowed to use Amazon's product images, but you are not allowed to download them and upload them to your site and use those images. You must link to the images directly on Amazon. Just right-click in full view image mode and click "Copy Image's Web address" or something like that.

If you're using Wordpress you can always use a plug-in to import products (images, description, etc) from Amazon.
