Amazon images in elementor

I understand that you can't just save an image from Amazon and use it on your site and that you need to use site strip HTML code. If I use an HTML block in elementor the image is very small even using Amazon's "large" option. Is there any way to use the full-size images i cant seem to find anything related to the topic online. Or do i just keep saving the images and uploading them till amazon says something
