Amazon Image TOS?

I've seen answers about using images from amazon by downloading images and reuploading to your host will give you a ban.

What about if I use some images on the internet and upload to my site?
For example: Nike air max97
Instead of using the image from amazon, I use some random guys who wear nike air max97. Is this ok?

And honestly I might be blind but I can't find where it stated in their TOS that doing so will give you a ban (both download/reupload and using random images in my example).

Safest way is you already own a pair of Nike air max97 and take your own images.

The second best way is to go to the Nike site and use their images. Quite often the Amazon images are from the manufacturers site anyway.

I think you can use such images if there is no problem from original owners side!
just don't take images from amazon's website and upload it your host if you want their images just use their API or that sitestripe thing.
