I hope it costs them greatly. That's what they deserve. But I'm pretty sure that the stores will be equipped with advanced technology to keep theft from happening. Or at least significantly minimize it. They're going to be saving a ton of money by not having to pay worthless cashiers.
In my opinion, society deserves what's coming. Everywhere I go I see a bunch of lazy ass worthless people that half ass their jobs. No matter how simple the job is they'll still half ass it. So eliminating these positions is a great idea. People take their jobs for granted.
