Long story short: sold some stuff that came back and bit me in the rump. Amazon feedback rating took a nose dive and I'm at 75% out of 100.
Can this be salvaged or should I consider a new account?
I've contacted the person who sent the negative but I have a bad feeling he's not going to play ball.
Any personal experiences of people getting out of a mess like this and was able to continue selling?
Would a low rating like mine dry up the sales from people not trusting me?
