Hey guys!
I've chose a product to sell on FBA that came with small batteries with it (smaller than a fingernail).
Also, the batteries are not essential for the product to work, it just powers of one it's many functionalities.
The supplier said he would provide a proper MSDS, but Amazon said it wasn't compliant with their standards.
I've heard of people that made new listings for such products as not being hazardous and those were accepted, after many tries to improve their MSDS.
I wander if I try to do so I'll get my account banned, or if I'll get away with it.
Should I pay someone to improve my MSDS (and where could I hire such person), or should i take the chance of creating a new listing and without mentioning the batteries?
Thanks for your help guys.
