Amazon Dropshipping from Outside USA

Hello I've recently started using amazon as dropshipper. I sell in the US but am located in Israel. I'm wondering if any other sellers outside the US have any way of getting Amazon US gift cards at a discount.

Also, am new to black hat and hope I posted in right place.
