Amazon commission %

Hi, I have just set up an amazon niche store and have just started to get some minor sales. I noticed my commission's rate is at 4.00%. It then says above it sell another 3 items to go to 6.00%.

How high can you get your commission rate? and how many items do you need to sell to reach this point?
