Amazon - Cloak links?

I plan to start a couple of Amazon Product Review sites.

Do you cloak affiliate links? What do you use for cloaking?

Doesn't the cloaking affect the CTR?(because of no amazon link)

I don not cloak the links they are left as such, I'm not sure if by cloaking sales increases.
