Amazon clicks and traffic - no conversion

Hello,

i have been trying to build an amazon empire. So started slowly by building blogs with unique content - let it be for 6 weeks and then converted in to autoblog with wprobot.

I am getting 4 to 6 unique visitors everyday (getclicky.com stats) but no conversion..

Also my amazon account shows clicks in 1000s !! I know they say amazon clicks are inflated somehow but the number in my case seems to be really high. Anyway I dont really look at the amazon clicks.

So where am I going wrong ? Now I have stopped building more blogs because of no conversions.. Traffic is building slowly and steadily even without much backlink building and promotion.

amazon seems to show new posts as clicks, so with an auto blog that posts often they will show up as alot of clicks. if you stop posting you will notice your clicks will reflect that in your amazon account and conversions in my experiance are really poor with amazon anyway unless you have a nice micro niche . i dont think ive explained myself very well there but you should get the picture

I get the clicks part alright. I dont give much attention to the amazon click stats.

so you mean build MNS on specific products rather than build autoblogs.. I have heard people make good money with amazon and wprobot / reviewazon. How are they doing it ?

Right no I am reading cash02 thread on building links and traffic and it so much packed with information. I am taking notes and will start the real implementation from tomorrow morning. Hope that will change the scene.

Meanwhile anyone else who can guide with autoblogs and amazon ?

I noticed the same thing with some of my old autoblogs. Lots of Amazon clicks but no sales. I think mazar is right--new posts are counted as clicks.

For what it's worth, I wouldn't mess with autoblogs. Yes, they'll work for a while, but the G guys will always figure out how to beat them. You have to keep in mind that Google has hired the smartest people on the planet to figure out how to STOP sites that don't provide any value (i.e. autoblogs). There's very little chance you're going to slip past their defenses.

Autoblogs worked for a while, then Google shut them down. This is going to happen with any spammy method. My advice is that instead of trying to cheat the system, you work with the system.

i had a dedicated website for it and I only got 100 dollars each month. This money will not even enough for paying my server hosting costs.

you make $100 from one blog with amazon ? that is good.. ur expense should not be that high though.. how are you driving traffic getting conversions ? is that an autoblog or a MNS ?

That seems pretty high for server costs. What type of setup do you have that requires a dedicated server?

I just started with amazon, and awaiting ,my first buyer, not worried about google when using auto blogs since most my traffic comes from twitter
