Amazon sent a check but due to problems with the bank I cannot cash the check. Was the money gone?

The best solution is to reach out to Amazon and try to see if you can get paid in another way. They still have the money technically but I can't say when or if they'll reprocess it for you.

i wrote them and they answered i can accept money via bank-transfer but what will be with money if they send me check and i can't accept any money to bank account they didn't answered.

Contact with Amazon and request them to cancel your check then try another method to withdraw your money, I think it should work.

The best option to accept payment is either a direct bank transfer or through Payoneer. If neither of those doesn't work for you then there isn't anything left to resolve this issue.

Well, the support did send me solution. Check is good 6 month, after that i can contact with them and they can send me check again.
