    Amazon has changed its operating agreement - Most important change is that one can not use third party sites now for affiliate links

    ??Your Site? means any site(s) and software application(s) that you own or operate and link to the Amazon Site. Note that software applications are prohibited from participating in the Program unless expressly approved pursuant to the Associates Program Participation Requirements.?

    ?In addition, if at any time following your enrollment in the Program you become a resident of Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, North Carolina, or Rhode Island, you will become ineligible to participate in the Program, and this Operating Agreement will automatically terminate, on the date you establish residency in that state.     correct me if I am wrong.. bottom line is you cannnot use fb, twitter, pininterest etc to promote amazon products

    They're trying to fight cookie stuffing in apps. If you're sending honest traffic you should be ok. There are always stupid clauses in these contracts.

    I remember Expedia had a clause where if you did something wrong you owed them U$ 700.000 ...it was just there to scare idiots who'd go to extremes in scamming them. They don't apply these clauses to honest folks sending them real interested visitors.
