These are most likely bought with stolen credit cards, no?
Really? So 100% of them like that, or is it possible they get them from surveys and other things?

if you got them legityly do you will sell it like 20% discount? lol it value is $100 balance. so most wil sell it at 105 or more than $1000

I have some and all from survey but with small value and i sell it for 20% discount so what the problem if i dont make that how i can sell it , but if the discount more than that or the owner of the cards cant confirm thats not from survey in this way u will be true it will be illegal cards
