You can use Wp Zone Builder. I heard it's good, though I haven't used that personally

If you have an Amazon account its quite simple:
Go to Inventory --> upload Inventory
You take any inventory template from amazon, open it in Excel, fill in your product details, save it as *.csv and upload it again.
Done!
1,000 - 5,000 - 10,000 ... no problem.
