Amazon bot with berman hosting

i have a seller account on amazon. i have a bot that i am running via VPS using BERMANHOSTING(GERMANY)...will having using a vps from a foreign country jeopardize my amazon seller account or would it be best to get a VPS from the USA? IF, so please recommend me a top AMERICAN vps to USE WITH MY BOT FOr amazon seller central.
