Does amazon care if you drive blank referrer traffic to their website? Is it against their T&C?

and do they allow PPC with direct link?

    Thanks in advance

No direct linking allowed for sure in PPC. But blanking the referrer I am not sure. Some experienced people should answer this.

Would also be interested in this. Amazon aren't as ban happy as eBay, but they've still got standards. I guess the question is whether they'd catch on :D

They don't care about blank refs as long as your conversion rate is respectable you will get paid..You aren't allowed to direct link from PPC to amazon.coms homepage, not sure if you can direct link to product pages but just hide your refs and no worries.

What is a respectable conversion rate? I blank my referrer and it's about 0.6-0.7% conversion rates. Is it okay that way?

I was banned once because I didn't blank it and they caught me red-handed. But this time round, I'm blanking it.

As far as i know , you are not allowed direct linking to both the home page and sub pages of the amazon. They are saying in their TOS "direct linking to amazon.com ..." but they mean all sub pages under this domain ..Idea behind this is : they just changed their way of advertisement investment = in other words we can make our PPC campains more profitable with the money that we should pay for lovely affiliates :)

So when the situation is this do you think they wont care PPC direct linkings to sub pages ? Because a cookie is cookie no matter leaved to home page or sub pages .

But blank referrer I dont have any experience..Dont think for big amount , it will work.

I'd suggest faking the referrer from a legit page.

Tons of resources here on BHW on that.
