I’ve been dropshipping with ebay/amazon for a couple of weeks now, orders are starting to come in and I want to switch from using my personal amazon account (it was a bad idea using it to begin with..) to ship the items to an “undercover” amazon buyer account.
I read that amazon bans accounts that are abusing the prime feature by shipping to random addresses all the time, with that in mind I want to keep my main account safe if (when) my buyer account gets banned.
But I have a couple questions :
How deep do amazon go when they ban a buyer account : do they only ban on email, IP, HWID ?
I was planning on using gift cards for the buyer account, how should I acquire them ? From what I read buying them from third parties is a risk (traced cards, scammers, etc..). Another option would be to buy them with my personal account but amazon could then trace back the account (do they ?).
Another approach is giving my ID to a crypto platform and put money on the VCC that I’ll use for prime on the buyer account. (would rather not)
What do you think ? Third parties with paypal ? Use the personal account ? Or crypto..
