I highly doubt anyone would provide you all the steps involved. But, you can do what they did and what they are doing. Try creating them on your own and if you have good analytical abilities, you will figure it out on your own.

amazon site tells you how to get those credits in your account
then, you need to know how to game their system in order to get the credits
VCCs, virtual phones, emails, etc etc etc

now, creating a mass account in aws is not an easy task, you need to spend a lot of time before you find a working bundle

Amazon has very strict payment controls. Accounts with unverified information are very likely to be deleted. It's not easy to use VCC to register for multiple accounts.
