Amazon AWS account

I'm trying to create AWS account. But since I'm from Croatia I can't receive call for verification. So I have 2 problems :

1.) I don't want to use my own credit card - the best place where i can create VCC to avoid any kind of problem with amazon?
2.) I can't get the verification call - so please if someone can help also how to get US number that will forward the call on my phone number? I have tried many services but every single one of them is not forwarding that type of calls

Buy an Anonymous credit card. Aws takes them just fine. I can buy one at any store that does NOT require personal Info. Amazon so far has never asked to Phone verify. It must be your ip. Change Ip to a us IP. Use Psiphon it will work for you and it is FREE.

Thank you for your reply, I am actually using US IP, and still amazon is asking for phone verification.

Could be your proxy/vpn is leaking something that is raising red flags. Try another one.

For phone numbers you can try things like google voice, or apps like Burner on the android play store (there are dozens for you to try & research). Otherwise just google "buy voip numbers".

You are planning this right my friend, a while back I signed up for the free Amazon AWS and forgot all about it. I happened to notice they were billing an old virtual credit card about 20 bucks a month...glad I had never tied any real info to that account!

Agreed. Check for webrtc leaks and dns leaks. Voice over ip numbers are great. Be aware though that many available vccs are already banned by Amazon, so if you keep failing after ascertaining all else is good, look for a new vcc.

I have found the way how to create AWS account. Now the next problem is that I want to use Amazon SES,but i can't get my SES out of sandbox. If there is anyone willing to help me with that?

I would recommend
1-VCC of US
2-number of google voice
I have used google voice for verification and I am using it right now so don't worry it will work
